Single Serving Mac and Cheese
I have been a BIG fan of Velveeta mac and cheese forever.
I never have had the blue box blues. YUCK.
I only want the yellow/orange box that if mixed with milk, butter and pepper will make me go weak in the knees.
One particular step-father required mac and cheese, green beans, mash potatoes and biscuits at almost every dinner …..I became quite chubby yet quite happy around dinner time.
My friend Catie and I were attached at the hip and on snow days she would always come to my house. We would make and eat an entire box all by ourselves, sitting on the kitchen counter, talking about boys.
IT’S JUST SO GOOD!
Since my college days I have refused to purchase boxes of Velveeta mac and cheese. Its really just too much of a temptation.
I look in the pantry and all I see is that glorious glowing box.
I make it.
I eat it all….by myself.

Well now that I am preggo, its one of the five things that settles my stomach and I haven’t thrown it up yet.
Hence the miracle of single serving mac and cheese!!!!
Its so good and I am purchasing MASS Quantities.
